How do I sync my trades between PF1 and MT5/cTrader?

  1. Navigate to your account dashboard in PF1

  2. Locate the "Sync Trades" button (typically found near your account balance)

  3. Click the button and wait for the synchronization to complete

  4. Refresh your browser if the updates don't appear immediately

  5. Verify that your positions and balances now match your trading platform
