Implement Partial Take-Profit Line & Manual Closure Option

Users should have the ability to display a thin line on their charts indicating the partial take-profit (TP) level they set. This visual marker would make it easy to confirm whether partial profits should have been triggered at a glance. Additionally, PF1 should include an option to manually close partial profits directly from the chart or trade management panel if the automatic closure has not yet executed. This feature would provide traders with clearer visual tracking of partial exits, reduce confusion around execution status, and give them direct control to secure profits in real time.
