Decimal Support for Daily Loss Limits

Enable decimal value input for daily loss limit settings to provide more precise risk management control. Currently, the system only accepts whole numbers (e.g., 1 or 2) when setting daily loss limits, but users need the ability to set more granular limits such as 1.5% or 2.25% for better alignment with their specific risk management strategies. Supporting decimal values would allow traders to implement more sophisticated and precise risk control measures that match their exact trading requirements and account management preferences.
