Bracket Order Support for cTrader Copy Trading

Implement bracket order functionality for cTrader when using PF1's copy trading feature to ensure trades are automatically created with predefined stop loss and take profit levels. Currently, copy trades may not include protective orders when executed on cTrader, requiring manual monitoring and intervention to prevent devastating losses if positions are left unchecked. This feature would automatically generate bracket orders (entry + stop loss + take profit) when copy trading to cTrader accounts, providing essential risk management protection and eliminating the need for constant manual oversight to prevent runaway positions that could result in significant account damage.
