Add Timezone Configuration for Localized Trading Activity Display

Implement User Timezone Settings for Trading Activity Time Localization.

Users need the ability to set their preferred timezone within PF1 so that all trading activity, including trade execution times, session data, and historical records, display in their local timezone rather than server time or a default timezone. This feature would include a timezone selection dropdown in user settings, automatic detection of user's current timezone with manual override options, and consistent application of the selected timezone across all platform elements including charts, trade history, performance reports, and dashboard timestamps. The enhancement should also support daylight saving time adjustments and provide clear indication of which timezone is being used throughout the platform to ensure accurate time-based analysis and record keeping for traders operating in different global markets.
