Add ThinkTrader Platform Support for ThinkCapital Accounts

Implement ThinkTrader Platform Integration for ThinkCapital Connectivity.

ThinkCapital offers both MT5 and ThinkTrader platforms to their clients, but PF1 currently only supports MT5 and cTrader connections. This feature would add ThinkTrader as a supported platform option within PF1's account connection interface, enabling users who trade on ThinkCapital's proprietary ThinkTrader platform to link their accounts for comprehensive portfolio tracking and performance analysis. The integration should support all standard PF1 functionality including trade importing, real-time data synchronization, performance metrics, and dashboard reporting to ensure ThinkTrader users have full access to PF1's trading analytics and management capabilities alongside users of other supported platforms.
