Implement Window Controls for Order Window Management (Minimize/Close Functionality)

Users currently lack the ability to minimize or close the order window once it's opened, which can obstruct chart visibility and interfere with analysis workflow. This feature would add standard window controls including minimize, maximize, and close buttons to the order window interface, allowing traders to temporarily hide the order window when not actively placing trades or close it entirely to maximize chart space. The enhancement should include keyboard shortcuts for quick window management, remember window position and size preferences, and provide smooth animations for opening/closing actions to maintain a professional user experience while giving traders full control over their workspace layout.
