Account Removal/Disconnect Functionality

Add the ability for users to remove or disconnect prop firm accounts from their PF1 dashboard after they have been added. Currently, there is no feature available to remove connected accounts once they are integrated into the platform, leaving users unable to clean up their dashboard or disconnect from accounts they no longer wish to monitor. This feature should include a clear "Remove Account" or "Disconnect" option in the account settings, allowing users to manage their connected prop firm accounts dynamically and maintain an organized, relevant dashboard that reflects their current trading setup.
